To add further details or instructions for pick-ups, account admins can do so in general settings via the web platform.

To set a default message to drivers, such as a call on arrival, enter it here and it will automatically be added to all your company's orders. Passengers will still be able to amend the message for their individual rides if necessary.

Passengers and bookers can also add their own home and work addresses to their personal profiles to save time.
