Once a driver is on the way, passengers will be able to track their vehicle via the mobile app.

If a booker has booked the ride on behalf of a passenger, this can be tracked via the web platform, under live bookings.

Any user that has had a booking made on their behalf but does not have the mobile app downloaded will be able to track their vehicle via our tracking link on the SMS confirmation.
