In the event that a booking is cancelled, the customer may be liable to pay the cancellation fee plus any incurred extras in accordance with point 6.2 of our terms and conditions.

If a ride is cancelled prior to the driver being en route, there is no charge. If a ride is cancelled while the driver is en route or at the pickup point, a fair remuneration based on mileage already travelled by the driver will be charged - for black cabs this is a flat £5 + VAT charge.

If a driver has arrived at the pick-up point and the passenger is a ‘no show,’ then the full journey will be charged - for black cabs this is a flat £10 + VAT charge.
