The easiest way to manage and make payment to us is by invoice. You can choose whether you would like to receive invoices weekly or monthly - you’ll then automatically receive a ride overview and csv backing data.
If your business is paying for rides using a company credit card, you must add the card details before you can book any rides. You can do this via either the web platform or the app.
Web platform:
At the time of login, a pop-up will appear prompting you to add your company’s credit card details. Once these details are confirmed, your company will be able to make bookings and benefit from all of Gett’s services.
Mobile app:
You will be prompted to add your company credit card when you first log into your business account on the mobile app
To log into your business account, click on the person icon in the bottom-right corner of your Gett app screen
Provide your login details
At the moment of the first login you will see menu where you can add Company Credit Card details
To add your credit card information at another time, select later. You can navigate to the billing section of the main menu, then click add card at any time.
If your business is paying for rides using employee credit cards, each booker and passenger must add their card details to the app web (booker access only) before they can book any rides.
When passengers are added to your account, they will receive an email with a link to download the Gett app.
Once passengers have downloaded the app, they can follow these steps to add their card details:
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
Select Payment & Tip
Click on Add card for business rides
Add your card details and corporate email address
Passengers can view their payment options in the Gett app by clicking on the menu tab (top left corner of the screen). Scroll down to payment and tip, you can view and add more cards.
