Can only access the app to make bookings, or alternatively, their booker can book for the via the web portal.

Booker

Can make bookings on the web portal for their travelers or via the booker tool section on the app. Please click this button in the app.

Guest

If your travelers have not completed the onboarding process and downloaded the app. Please manually type in the name and number of the traveler you are booking for, and they will be updated via SMS

Please note: If you are a booker and only have access to the app, please reach out to our onboarding.uk@gett.com to change your role to a booker.
