To help rides go smoothly during peak travel times, Gett monitors and boosts the robustness of our platform and teams as necessary. Gett’s High Demand is charged during these times of high demand to help us maintain a high quality of service.
You are always shown on the app when this occurs;
Once you input your pickup and destination, we will provide a price estimate and highlight to you that 'We're busy, price includes £X fee'.
You will then have to click on 'Order now with fee' to confirm you are booking the ride with the High Demand Charge.
