For taxis available on demand, black cabs are expected to be accepted by a driver within four minutes in central London, and ride within six minutes. Pre-booked rides, which must be booked a minimum of 30 minutes in advance, we expect to deliver a driver on time or within five minutes of the scheduled booked time.

All drivers will wait for up to 15 mins, except ride which has a reduced wait time of five minutes. Airport pick-ups will wait until the flight clears, unless notified otherwise.
