Whether passengers book journeys for themselves, or have them booked on their behalf, they will be notified of their ride details via push notification (or via SMS if they do not have the app downloaded).

Users with a booker profile, who book rides on the web portal, will receive email confirmation on making a booking and status updates for the journeys they’ve booked.
