How do I check the status update on my bookings?

To check the status of your ride and estimated arrival time, simply log into the web platform and click on the taxi icon. The ‘active’ tab will display your vehicle's location and its estimated time of arrival. On the app, you can track your ride's progress and be provided with an estimated arrival time.
